Mold and molded product production system

 As you know, injection molding mold is the mother tool used to produce injection molded products.

I believe you can also understand that molds have a great influence on the quality, cost and production capacity of injection molded products.

2. Molding cycle (the shorter the better)


3. Price of molded products


4. Mold maintenance cycle and maintenance cost


5. Expected production quantity of molded products (optimistic and pessimistic forecast quantities)


6. Mold depreciation cost


7. Other important matters


Once the strategy of the molded product production system is determined like this, we can determine the design and manufacturing specifications of the mold accordingly.

Even if the purchase of molds is cheap, companies investing in molds may end up suffering huge losses due to the fact that the molding quality may be uneven, frequent maintenance may be required, and the molding cycle may be long.
