9. The anti-rotation positioning structure needs to be designed for the inclined ejector rod. When designing, the inclined ejector can be assembled and disassembled without dismantling the mold.

10. Put a garbage nail on one side as far as possible under the inclined top seat.

11. The installation method of MISUMI slider seat is preferentially installed on the thimble bottom plate.

12. In the case of a waterway on the sloping roof, but the space is not enough, the garbage nail can be increased, but it can be larger than the conventional garbage nail design.

2. The button position of the formed product is the same as the small row position of the rubber bag:

A: The small inserts in the rows must be aligned with the center of the buckle to avoid mistakes made by wire cutting and moulding.




B: Make a 3-degree slope on one side of the front section of the row insert.




C: The C corner of the row insert is inverted by 2.5MM, and the corresponding position of the mold core is matched by R2.2MM. If the width of the row insert is not enough, it can be reduced accordingly.

B: The thickness W of the inclined roof should be as thick as possible if the location permits, and the thickness should not be less than 3.5MM. When the front mold of the pool is pierced, it should be noted that the pierced surface should not be too small.




C: The width of the inclined top is generally determined by the width of the buckle, and its width should not be less than 3MM. Be careful not to be caught between the two bone positions, which will affect the injection molding.




D: All inclined roofs must have a (E) straight plane of 3-5MM for the discharge of the inclined roof, and (D) the hanging table is generally 0.8-2MM.




E: The standard specifications of the slanted roof are 12X12X45 and 14X14X45. The large slanted roof and the special slanted roof depend on the specific situation.




F: The 3D parts of the slanted roof and slanted roof seat must be marked with a code to show the difference, and the center of the slanted roof and the slanted roof seat should be consistent.
